How can I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order(s) at any time by logging into My Account.
How can I track my order?
We automatically email a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided us when you placed your order. These will include your delivery confirmation number from the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery Confirmation from the USPS does not provided end-to-end tracking, but you will be able to see that your package is en route. You can also obtain delivery confirmation numbers by logging into My Account.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Your In-Stock item will generally ship 1 business day after your payment method is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Items direct from the maufacturer are subject to their shipping time tables. Personalized jerseys will ship within 3-4 weeks from order placement. Estimated product shipping messages are visible in your shopping cart at the time of checkout.
Is it possible to cancel or change my order?
If your item has not yet been customized or shipped we can change or cancel the order upon notification. You can also modify your order directly in the my account section of the site. If your item has already shipped just return goods within thirty days in their original condition with all labels intact for a full refund or exchange. Customized jerseys cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun without incurring the $45 non refundable deposit.
